CAP (Customer Appreciation Program)
This program offers a 7% savings on all our laboratory services. With your monthly statement, we will issue voucher(s) based on your current month’s sales as listed below. The vouchers must be used on future cases and are valid 90 days from date of issue. A minimum monthly statement balance of $1500 is required. Your account balance must be current to qualify for this program.
